Choosing childcare means choosing who will comfort your child, celebrate their progress, understand their personality, and care for them throughout some of their most important developmental years.
RisingStars Childcare is a licensed family childcare home offering a warm, personal alternative to a traditional childcare center. Our small-group environment allows children to build a consistent relationship with their provider, form close friendships, and receive the individual attention they need to feel safe and confident.
Here, children are not simply enrolled in a program—they become part of our little RisingStars family.

A Small, Consistent Childcare Family
Children spend their days with familiar friends and a provider who gets to know their routines, interests, personalities, strengths, and comfort needs.
Our smaller setting allows us to notice the little things: a new word, a difficult morning, a growing friendship, a developmental change, or a skill a child has been working hard to master.
A Qualified Family Childcare Professional
RisingStars Childcare is led by a provider who holds the Child Development Associate® Credential™ in Family Child Care, awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition.
The provider also maintains required Florida childcare training, background screening, continuing education, and pediatric first aid and CPR qualifications.
Bilingual Language Exposure
English is the primary language of instruction, with natural exposure to Russian language and culture through songs, stories, greetings, simple words, conversations, and everyday routines.
Children are never pressured to speak Russian. This gentle exposure gives them an opportunity to experience another language in a playful and meaningful way.
Learning Through Play and Everyday Experiences
Children learn while creating art, listening to stories, counting at the table, building towers, investigating nature, making choices, solving problems, practicing friendships, and learning to care for themselves and their environment.
We combine child-led exploration with intentional teacher-guided activities so children can build important skills without losing the joy of childhood.
A Quality-Focused Program
Our program practices emphasize warm relationships, active supervision, positive guidance, developmentally appropriate learning, family communication, health and safety, individualization, and continuous improvement.
As RisingStars grows, we are PREPARING for future VPK participation and Florida Gold Seal Quality Care eligibility.
RisingStars Childcare will identify itself as VPK-approved, accredited, Gold Seal-designated, or licensed as a Large Family Child Care Home only after each applicable approval has officially been awarded.
