Important Enrollment Information

Enrollment Is Based on Availability

Childcare spaces are limited and depend on staffing, licensed capacity, required staff-to-child ratios, and the ages of the children currently enrolled.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or guarantee a childcare space. Placement is confirmed only after the provider approves enrollment and all required registration documents and payments are completed.

Occasional Care Requires Enrollment

RisingStars Childcare does not offer walk-in or unconfirmed drop-in care.

Children requesting weekend, school-closure, school-break, or occasional care must be fully enrolled with all required health, emergency, and authorization documents on file.

Every requested date must be arranged and approved in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.

Tours Are by Appointment

Tours must be scheduled in advance so we can protect the children’s routines, privacy, and direct supervision.

Please do not arrive for an unscheduled tour. The provider will contact you to arrange an available time.
