Rigorous Training and Certification
All staff—including teachers, substitutes, and enrichment personnel—complete the required DCF (Department of Children and Families) training, including 30- or 40-hour certification courses, and meet all ongoing professional development standards.

Thorough Background Checks
For your child’s safety, every caregiver and all family members living in the childcare home are fingerprinted and cleared through a DCF-approved Level 2 background screening..

Strict Compliance for All Adults On-Site
All enrichment instructors, household members, and volunteers meet the same DCF standards.
No outside visitors or maintenance workers are allowed during business hours unless they meet and pass DCF clearance. Maintenance is scheduled outside daycare hours.

🍎 Fresh and Nutritious Meals

We serve fresh, hot meals daily, thoughtfully prepared to meet children's nutritional needs:

  • A balanced breakfast, hot lunch, and nourishing snacks

  • Dinner service for children in our overnight care program

  • Families may opt to send meals from home if preferred

As a bilingual in-home daycare, we incorporate Russian and English into our daily routines, supporting early language development and cultural awareness.
