🌟 NAFCC Accreditation (National Association for Family Child Care)
We are beginning the self-study process with the NAFCC, a respected national accrediting body for family childcare homes. This process involves:
Evaluating and improving our program’s quality standards
Strengthening family communication and involvement
Demonstrating excellence in health, safety, learning environments, and child outcomes
Achieving NAFCC Accreditation will affirm that RisingStars Childcare meets the highest standards in the field of family child care nationwide.
📘 VPK Certification
We are also in the process of becoming an approved VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten) provider in Florida! This means we’ll soon be able to:
Accept Florida VPK vouchers
Provide a structured, play-based preschool program for 4-year-olds
Prepare children for Kindergarten success while reducing financial burdens on families
We will keep our families updated as we move through the application and approval process.
